Nutrium allows you to use several equations to assess your client's body composition.
In order to calculate these predictive equations, you need to:
Register relevant anthropometric measurements previously evaluated (such as skin folds, weight, height, age, fat mass/lean body mass...).
Click on any of the items in "Body Composition" in order for the software to predict them.
After clicking on those items, a new section will appear. It will allow you to choose the most suitable predictive equation for your clients' age and gender.
Once you choose the predictive equation you want to use, click in "Record measurement" to save that measurement on your client's profile:
