We understand that some patients may benefit more from receiving recipes without nutritional values, as this information could impact their journey.
In this case, if they access the recipes only through the app, via the meal plan, there's no issue - they won't be able to view the nutritional information.
However, if you prefer, you can also disable access to all nutritional information and weight tracking features within the app.
To do this, simply go to the "Deliverables" tab and look for "Client's mobile app preferences". There, select the arrow next to Nutritional information and choose your preferred setting. Do the same for the Weight recording feature, within the same section.
If you need to send the plan as a PDF document to the patient, you'll no longer be able to make any changes. However, we offer two different layout options that our professionals can choose from - one newer and one older. While the older one isn't as visually appealing, it does have a feature that you might like: it does not display any nutritional information! 🙌🏼
To change the layout of your meal plans, go to the dropdown menu and select Settings and Preferences (https://app.nutrium.com/professionals/preferences):
Once there, scroll down until you find the Email and printing preferences section:
There, click on the arrow next to Printing design and select our 2016 layout (Box Design).
