How do I send my clients a message?

You have several simple ways to send messages to your clients:

1. On the Messages section

  • Go to the Messages tab on the left-hand side menu.

  • Click on Send Message.

  • Choose the client.

  • Choose the Category.

  • Write a subject and the message.

  • Attach a file, if you wish to.

  • Click to Archive the message once it's sent or to Notify the client by email:

2. On the client's profile

  • Access the Client's profile.

  • Click on Send Message.

  • Choose the Category.

  • Write a subject and the message.

  • Attach a file, if you wish to.

  • Click to Archive the message once it's sent or to Notify the client by email:

3. On the Deliverables' Tab

  • Access the Client's profile.

  • Access tab Deliverables.

  • Click on Send Message.

  • Choose the Category.

  • Write a subject and the message.

  • Attach a file, if you wish to.

  • Click to Archive the message once it's sent or to Notify the client by email:

4. Using the professional's mobile app
