How can I change my personal data?

If you made a mistake or typo while registering your personal details—such as name, age, address, phone number, or email—or simply want to update them, only your professional can make those changes. Please contact your nutrition professional via the Nutrium app chat (or any other channel you’ve used before) and request the update.


How can I delete my account?

In accordance with the GDPR, Nutrium acts as a Data Processor and does not have the legal authority to delete patients' data directly.

To request deletion of your data, please contact your nutrition professional, who is the data controller and responsible for handling such requests.


How can I schedule a follow-up appointment?

You can schedule a follow-up appointment in two ways:

  1. Directly during your appointment with the nutrition professional;

  2. By contacting your nutrition professional via the Nutrium app chat (or another channel you’ve used before).


How can I cancel an appointment?

When you open the app, you’ll see an appointment reminder on the home screen with the date and time.

To cancel it:

  • Click on the 3 dots icon, on the left side;

  • A pop-up menu will open with the options "Reject Appointment" or "Cancel". Select "Reject Appointment".

We recommend you contact your nutrition professional via chat afterward so they can reschedule the appointment for another time.


How can I reschedule my appointment?

In case you have an appointment scheduled and you will not be to attend, contact your nutrition professional as soon as possible to let them know.

Rescheduling must be done directly with the professional, either via the Nutrium app chat or another communication channel.


I don't remember my email and/or password.

At Nutrium, we do not have access to your password. The only information we can access is the email address you used during registration.

  • If you know your email address but not your password:

    We suggest that you reset your password.

  • If you do not know the email address used to sign up:

    Try the different email addresses you may have used to register on our platform until you identify the correct one.

If you have difficulty resetting your password, please follow these steps:

  1. Enter your login email and click on “Send instructions”.

  2. Check your inbox for the email (if you cannot find it, please check your spam folder or other folders).

  3. Set a new password.

  4. Log in to the Nutrium app using your email and the new password.
