How can my client access our online appointment?

Your clients will receive all the information they need to access the online nutrition appointment via video call.

THROUGH THE MOBILE APP

Clients will receive notifications of your appointment on their mobile app as long as you have already given them access and they are logged in. Check here on how to invite clients to the Nutrium mobile app.

Depending on how you've established your Appointment Preferences, the client will receive reminders for the appointment, and when it's time for them to meet you, they will be able to join the video call directly through the app.

To do this, go to your Configurations and Preferences>Appointment preferences>Appointment Notifications:

THROUGH EMAIL


​If the client still doesn't have access to the app, by syncing the appointment with Google Calendar, they'll receive an email informing them of the appointment and a link for them to access the appointment.

This is the email sent when you have an appointment via Google Meet. To access the appointment, the client will simply need to click Join With Google Meet:

The same thing will happen for appointments via Zoom or other services you use.
