Are the consultations free?
If you are a Wellhub user, you can take advantage of the benefit of free consultations with nutritionists, offered through our partnership.
- One free consultation per month: This benefit is available from the Silver plan and entitles you to one monthly consultation at no additional cost. 
- Easy scheduling: Simply access the platform, choose an available nutritionist, and schedule your appointment. 
- Ongoing monitoring: The benefit is renewed monthly, allowing you to maintain regular follow-up with a nutrition professional. 
How many consultations per month?
You are entitled to one free nutrition consultation per month with a nutritionist. To schedule, simply access the app, choose a nutritionist, and book your appointment easily and conveniently.
Is the check-in required?
Check-in is not required to schedule or participate in nutrition consultations offered by Nutrium Care in partnership with Wellhub. Check-in is only required to access gyms, classes, and some specific services. Nutrition consultations are scheduled directly through the Nutrium Care app, without the need to check in.
How do I change my email address?
The email used for registration must be the same as the one used in Wellhub. To make changes, simply access the "..." in the corner of the app, click on your profile name, and edit your email.
How do I change my personal data?
According to the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), Nutrium acts as a Data Processor and does not have the legal authority to directly alter or delete patients' personal data. Only the nutritionist responsible for the care has permission to modify information such as name, date of birth, phone number, among others.
Therefore, if you need to change your personal data, we recommend that you contact the nutritionist who attended to you directly. You can send a message through the Nutrium app so that the professional can help you make this change on the platform.
How do I delete my account?
According to the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), Nutrium acts as a Data Processor and therefore does not have the legal authority to directly delete patients' personal data. To request the deletion of your data, you must contact the professional who attended to you directly, using the Nutrium app.
If you prefer, with your consent, we can notify the professional of your desire to delete the data. This can help speed up the process. To do this, simply tell us the name of the professional who attended to you, and we will take the necessary steps to notify the request.
How do I cancel an appointment?
You can easily cancel your appointment directly through the Nutrium app. We recommend canceling in advance whenever possible to allow the nutritionist to adjust their schedule and assist other patients.
To cancel an appointment, simply click on the scheduled appointment in the scheduling section and select the "Reject Appointment" option.
 
You can reschedule your appointment directly through the app or, if you prefer, find another professional and book a new appointment in the app. 😊
How do I reschedule my appointment?
You can easily reschedule your consultation directly through the Nutrium app.
1️⃣ Access the consultation management menu
Tap the three dots ("...") next to your scheduled consultation.
2️⃣ Cancel the current consultation
Select "Decline consultation" and choose a reason for cancellation.
3️⃣ Schedule a new consultation
After canceling, a widget on the home screen will allow you to book a new appointment.
Remember that rescheduling in advance is essential to facilitate the adjustment of the professional's schedule. Organization and respect for the nutritionist's time are fundamental for a healthy and productive relationship.
Is it possible to synchronize physical activity with third-party apps?
Currently, Nutrium does not have direct integration with some physical activity apps. However, you can synchronize these apps with Nutrium through Google Fit (for Android) or Apple Health (for iOS).
For example, apps like Strava, Garmin Connect, Samsung Health, among others, can be connected to Google Fit or Apple Health. In this way, you can centralize your physical activities and allow this data to be synchronized with Nutrium.
To synchronize, simply connect these apps to Google Fit (Android) or Apple Health (iOS) first, and then synchronize in Nutrium.

How do I change professionals?
To change professionals, simply cancel the current appointment (if you have one scheduled). You can cancel appointments through the Nutrium app itself, whenever you want.
 
Then, simply search for a new nutritionist in the app and request a consultation by accessing the bottom, clicking on the magnifying glass icon.
